Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the product must be:
• In its original condition
• Returned along with the original certificate and packaging

Refund Process

• Once we receive the product, our quality control team will inspect the item.
• After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed after deducting:
  
  • A shipping fee of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost (whichever is lower)
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Important Notes

• Products that have been altered or repaired by a third-party are not eligible for return or refund, and any associated benefits will be void.
• Sound Labs reserves the right to revise the product value after inspection, if required.
